Awards can be given In Vrindavan in the month of Kartik (october - november) by Sripad Bhaktivedanta Sadhu Maharaj or apointed representative.

For those who cannot make the journey to India, it is also possible to receive the award on some of the travels of Sadhu Maharaj, or it can be send to them from the Munger Award Committee.
